While the flavor was great the consistency was the issue. I had the jackhammer and it was very melted as it was handed to me. It was soupy ice cream then heaping scoops of Carmel and in the end cookie dough. I would definitely return and try something else. They definitley need to revisit the jackhammer concept.

We discovered Andy’s Frozen Custard and it was such a great surprise! The ice cream is absolutely amazing: creamy, rich, and full of authentic flavor from the very first bite. Every spoonful feels like a treat 😍 The service is fast and the staff is super friendly. If you’re in Lakeland, this is a must-visit spot! We can’t wait to come back 🍦✨

First time here and it definitely won’t be the last. The ice cream is to die for! Collin took care of us and was so sweet. He’s definitely the kind of person you want working the front! 10/10

A great place to grab some Ice Cream! This is a chain ice cream parlor that’s known for their concrete mixers. There’s a drive-thru and a walk-up window here and it has a good vibe despite not having any indoor seating. The service was quick and the Ice Cream is great! My mixer was chunky, flavorful, and had a great texture. Overall, would definitely recommend.
